Height and Weight Chart :


In this chart it indicates that i am okay. I should keep eating healthy and do exericse everyday. I am 5'1 and weigh 109 . So i am small, according to this chart. If you are overweight you should make healthy decisions. You should eat healthy food, and exercise. You can stop eating junk food. Instead of eating hambugers you should eat a salad or something that will be good for you. You can also eat smaller portions , of what you eat. Maybe you eat to much, and that is not good for you.
